Charleston Family Portraits honestly started out as a passion project for me to have a change of pace from photographing and editing weddings day in and day out. As the years have passed, this passion project has absolutely become who I am as well. Little did I know that having a career as a wedding photographer would blend extremely well with being a family portrait photographer. The experiences I've honed with weddings, like capturing professional candid moments, directing large groups, and understanding every possible lighting condition Charleston can throw my way, easily carry over.

I am 35 years old and married with three kids who are 10yr, 8yr & 6yr. If you have young kids, I have lived and breathed that lifestyle for a decade now. I have a few tricks up my sleeves to help kids smile at the camera. If everyone in your family is all grown up, it goes back to the heart of who I am as a wedding photographer and consistently photographing adults.
